Information we collect

When you request access or sign in, we collect business contact details, your organisation and the reason for your request. An administrator records the NDA or MSA reference that authorises access, who confirmed it and its expiry. Historical clickwrap acceptance records may also be retained. We also keep access, security and audit records, including document views and downloads, access-code administration records, IP addresses and technical rate-limiting records. Access codes are stored as non-reversible keyed hashes.

How we use it

We use this information to assess and administer access, authenticate users, confirm confidentiality coverage, provide requested documents, investigate misuse, maintain security and demonstrate who accessed protected material.

Cookies

The Trust Centre uses essential cookies for the site gate and authenticated sessions. No advertising cookies are used.

Service providers

Personal information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, managed databases, cloud infrastructure and notification email. Email is used to notify Atlastix of access requests. Contractual and access controls limit providers to delivering and securing the Trust Centre. Access, undertaking and audit records are stored in a managed database in Australia (AWS Sydney region); website hosting, email delivery and delivery infrastructure may process request information in the United States and other regions under the provider's service terms.

Retention and disclosure

Access, audit and agreement records are retained under the ISMS document and record controls (ATX-GOV-04); other records are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for access administration, site protection or legal obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate and respond to security incidents.

Your choices and contact

You may ask about, access or correct your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@atlastix.io. Some records may need to be preserved for access, security, legal or agreement purposes. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
